Chris Patton had two good friends become paralyzed at a young age. Before their accidents, they loved to hunt and fish together. After his accident, one of his friends asked him to take him hunting. Knowing he was unable to go on his own, Chris took up the challange. "I saw he was willing to do whatever it took to get the task accomplished. His enthusiasm to hunt inspired me , dispite my disbelief that someone in a wheelchair would have the drive that he had to hunt even though he wasn't able to do it on his own. Because his wheelchair wasn't able to navigate the woods, he allowed me to throw him over my shoulder to get him to where we needed to go." That trip was the start of something big......In 2006, Chris founded WOODS, WHEELS AND WATER OUTDOORS, INC. to bring the passion to hunt back to handicapped, terminally ill, and disabled hunters.
Making outdoor adventures and memories of a lifetime accessible to children, youth and adults who suffer from a debilitating disease, illness, disadvantage or disability.
